New Nordic’s Turmeric Mega je doporučován lidem, kteří chtějí zmírnit bolesti kloubů. Kurkuma má dlouhou historii použití jako protizánětlivý prostředek. Turmeric Mega obsahuje vysokou koncentraci extraktu z kurkumy v jedné tabletě denně.
My knees used to ache every morning getting out of bed, and that’s been noticeably better since I started these. The high concentration of turmeric really seems to do the trick, and the capsules are easy to swallow.
I’ve been taking these capsules for a few weeks now and the high concentration of turmeric really seems to target my joint pain better than the powder I used to mix into smoothies. It’s easy to swallow and I haven’t had any stomach upset, which was my main worry with anti-inflammatories.
My knees stopped aching after about three weeks of taking one capsule daily with breakfast. The anti-inflammatory effect is real enough that I've cut way back on my usual pain relievers.
