I’ve been taking these every morning for about three weeks now, and the gummies are surprisingly easy to chew without that harsh vinegar bite. They’ve become a steady part of my routine, which is more than I can say for the liquid version I tried before.
The gummies are chewy and taste mild enough that I don’t dread taking them each morning, which was my biggest hurdle with liquid vinegar. They fit easily into my vitamin box, so I’ve actually stuck with it for three weeks now.
Took these on a work trip since I can't stomach plain vinegar shots, and the gummy texture is chewy enough to feel substantial without being sticky. Three weeks in, they've made it stupidly easy to stay consistent with something I'd normally skip.
