Turmeric Mega™

Three weeks in and the stiffness in my knees is noticeably better, especially in the mornings. I like that the capsules are highly concentrated so I only need one a day, and it's been easier on my stomach than other turmeric pills I've tried.

The high concentration of curcumin is the reason I picked this over cheaper options, and it’s doing a decent job on my knee pain after about two weeks. Only giving four stars because the capsules are a bit large for me to swallow easily, but the effect is worth it.
